TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Article 1 - This contract concerns the rental of the ""Inspirations"" guest rooms, located at 21, rue J-Baptiste Cautin 71350 SAINT-LOUP-GEANGES.
Each room is equipped with a bathroom, toilet, and access to an outdoor space. The Victor Hugo and Alphonse de Lamartine rooms are accessible to people with reduced mobility.
They are all accessible on one level.
A private parking lot accommodates tenants' vehicles.
Article 2 - Duration of stay The tenant signing this contract concluded for a fixed period may under no circumstances claim any right to remain in the premises at the end of the stay.
Article 3 - Conclusion of the contract The reservation becomes effective once the tenant has sent the owner the elements indicated above, in particular a copy of the signed contract and a deposit check for 30% of the amount, before the date indicated. A second copy must be kept by the tenant.
The rental concluded between the parties to this deed cannot under any circumstances benefit, even partially, third parties, natural or legal persons, without the written agreement of the owner. Any violation of this last paragraph would be likely to result in the immediate termination of the rental at the fault of the tenant, the rental proceeds remaining definitively acquired by the owner.
Article 4 – Cancellation or shortened stay
a) cancellation by the tenant Any cancellation must be notified to the owner, with acknowledgment of receipt. Each cancellation will be subject to a deduction under the following conditions:
- between 2 and 0 days before the date: 100% of the total amount
- between 14 and 3 days before the date: 50% of the total amount
- between 30 and 15 days before the date: 30% of the total amount
- Between 60 and 31 days before the date: 0% of the total amount
If the tenant does not show up on the day, 100% of the reservation amount will be debited from the bank card given as guarantee.
b) if the stay is shortened by the tenant, the rental price remains with the owner. No refunds will be made
c) cancellation by the owner The owner returns to the tenant all amounts paid in advance.
Article 5 - Arrival The tenant must arrive on the day specified in the time slot mentioned in this contract. In the event of late or delayed arrival, the tenant must notify the owner.
Article 6 - Payment of the balance The balance of the rental is paid upon entry into the premises (by check, cash, ANCV coupons or bank card).
Article 7 - Inventory of fixtures An inventory is drawn up jointly and signed by the tenant and the owner or his representative on arrival and departure. This inventory constitutes the only reference in the event of a dispute concerning the inventory of fixtures.
The state of cleanliness of the room upon the tenant's arrival must be noted in the inventory. Cleaning of the premises during normal use is the responsibility of the owner. In the event of abnormal use of the premises, or exceptional dirt, the amount of cleaning costs will be invoiced to the tenant, i.e. €50.
Article 8- Use of the premises The tenant must ensure the peaceful nature of the rental and use it in accordance with the purpose of the premises.
Article 9 - Capacity This contract is established for a maximum capacity of people indicated per room. If the number of tenants exceeds the accommodation capacity, the owner may refuse the additional people. Any modification or termination of the contract will be considered at the initiative of the customer.
Article 10 - Animals Pets are allowed, and will be charged €10 each. Owners are required to keep their animal calm, so as not to disturb other guests in the house. It is forbidden to put animals on the beds.
Article 11 - Insurance The tenant is responsible for all damage arising from his fault. He is required to be insured.
The owner ensures that he has taken out the necessary insurance for the place (fire, natural disasters, etc.)
Article 12 - Payment of charges Water and electricity charges are included in the rental price, for normal use. In the event of abnormal use, the charges may be re-invoiced to the tenant. (overheating, taps not turned off, lights on continuously, etc.)
Article 13 - DisputesAny complaint relating to the rental will be handled by the competent court.
